Return and refund policy

At Juicy Crafts we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange process.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS 
We accept returns of items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and unaltered. Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way while in the customer’s possession.

2. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@juicycrafts.com.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE 
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@juicycrafts.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item(s).

4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged during the shipping process. We do not cover the cost of returning items.
